Some concerns cannot wait weeks. Once open, Madox Medical plans to offer walk-in visits and same-day appointments for non-emergency concerns, with prompt attention and time to be heard. When follow-up is needed, our family medicine team can provide a pathway to ongoing care, subject to physician capacity.

Come in during clinic hours without an appointment; patients are seen first-come, first-served, subject to physician availability.

Bookable online or by phone once we open. Both give access to the same physicians and onsite services.
A walk-in visit should not feel like a dead end.
If your concern needs monitoring, results review or longer-term management, we will explain the next step and help connect it with ongoing family medicine where appropriate and subject to physician capacity.

One location, connected care
When a visit needs imaging, onsite ultrasound is planned through Diagnosticrem, an independent diagnostic imaging provider at the same address. An onsite pharmacy is also planned. Our family physicians can help you transition from a walk-in visit to ongoing family doctor care.
