When you use the general-enquiry form on this site, we collect only the details you choose to provide:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• A subject line (optional)
• The message you write to us

The former clinic announcement signup is closed. Existing subscription records contain an email address, an optional first name and a signup date. These records are separate from patient registration and are not automatically enrolled in a new mailing list. Contact us to request removal.

We do not knowingly collect personal health information through this site. The message field is free text, so please do not enter health details there.

Form submissions are stored securely and trigger an email notification to our team. We use trusted third-party providers to operate the website and deliver these emails, and an embedded map from Google to show our location. These providers process limited information on our behalf for these purposes only.

We keep the information you submit so we can respond to you and manage existing records and removal requests. You can ask us to remove your information using the contact details below, and we will action your request.

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and button clicks, Google Ads conversion measurement to measure whether ads lead to bookings or calls, and Microsoft Clarity to understand website use and improve usability. These providers may process page paths, device and browser information, IP addresses and measurement identifiers. Google tags load with consent denied before you make a choice and may send limited cookieless measurement signals. Optional analytics and advertising measurement cookies are enabled only when you choose "Accept". Advertising personalization and remarketing remain disabled.

We never send form entries, symptoms, health details or booking details to these tags. Tracking events are limited to page path, button location and service category. Page text is masked for Microsoft Clarity. We do not use enhanced conversions or send personal contact information for advertising measurement.

You can choose "Decline" or withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie preferences" in the footer or below. Withdrawal denies analytics and advertising storage and advertising user data, stops our optional click events, and removes measurement cookies where possible. Limited cookieless signals may continue. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage. Information these providers process may be handled outside Canada.

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask to have a former announcement subscription removed. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Personal health information held by the clinic is subject to Alberta's Health Information Act (HIA). Contact the clinic for its patient health information privacy notice and questions about your records.
